Covid-19 Code Application at our University

In the fight against the COVID-19 global epidemic, we think that being vaccinated is very important and beneficial in order to minimize the risks of being exposed to the disease, being severely infected and transmitting the disease, and to minimize the negative effects of the disease on the functioning of social life, and to create herd immunity. Pursuant to the circular of the Ministry of Interior dated 20.08.2021 and the Decisions of Balıkesir Provincial Hygiene Board no. 20.08.2021/53 and 31.08.2021/54; As of Monday, 06 September 2021, people who are not vaccinated; A PCR test with negative results has been made mandatory for citizens to participate in activities where they participate collectively. In this framework, institutions will be questioned by the HES code for a vaccinated / past disease (according to the period of scientifically accepted immunity after Covid-19 disease) or a negative PCR test performed maximum 48 hours ago.

According to the circular of the Ministry of Interior dated 20.08.2021, the current indefinite HES code information of our university students must be entered into the Student Information System (OBS) in accordance with the decisions of the Balıkesir Provincial Hygiene Board with the numbers 20.08.2021/53 and 31.08.2021/54 and the decision of our University Senate. and thus necessary checks must be made. As a result of the inquiries to be made with the indefinite HES codes, our students will be checked as "Is the person infected / vaccinated / has a negative PCR test" in line with the data of the Ministry of Health. Students who do not enter the HES code into the system will not be able to register for courses from the Student Information System and enter the campus. In addition, Vaccine Status, Disease Status, Test Status options in the HES Code Settings menu in Hayat Eve Sığar mobile application must be allowed.
