Information on Exemption Procedures

Students who have previously been enrolled in or graduated from any higher education institution and who are entitled to re-register in the departments/programs of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, School of Health Services, as well as students admitted through horizontal transfer, are required to submit the following documents, in addition to completing their registration procedures:

• the Course Exemption Form,
• course syllabi/content, and
• transcripts

These documents must be sent by e-mail in Excel file format to shmyo@bandirma.edu.tr no later than 21 September 2025.

Points to Consider

1-) All information in the Course Exemption Form must be completed fully and accurately.

2-) When completing the attached Course Exemption Form, students must refer to the Course Plans available at the relevant link. The relevant courses must be listed together with their course codes and course names.

3-) The Course Exemption Form, Transcript, and Course Contents (detailed course plans covering the topics to be addressed within the course, objectives, learning outcomes, materials, and assessment methods) must be sent together in a single e-mail to shmyo@bandirma.edu.tr.

* Students admitted through additional placement quotas who wish to request course exemption must complete the above-mentioned procedures within one week from the date of registration.
