Kariyer Yolculuğunda İnsan Kaynaklarının Rolü

On December 11, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., Vocational School of Health Service organized the event titled "The Role of Human Resources in Career Journeys" at the Fuat Sezgin Conference Hall. The opening speeches were delivered by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ebru Kaya Mutlu and Vocational School Director Dr. Fatma Nur Yılmaz. Following the opening remarks, the event was moderated by Dr. Pınar Kurt.

As part of the program, Vedat Arman, Human Resources Manager at BANTAŞ; Serdar Eren, Human Resources Manager at YEMMAK; Uğur Aydın, Human Resources Manager at Gönenli Süt; Hasan Palamut, Human Resources Manager at ADİN OTO; Niyazi Yıldız, Human Resources Manager at BAŞTAŞ; and Sadık Gündoğan, Manager of İŞKUR Bandırma Branch, participated and answered questions from our students regarding career development.

Through this event, students gained valuable insights into topics such as what to pay attention to during job interviews, the importance of preparing an effective CV, job opportunities in the industry, and how to manage potential challenges in the labor market. This contributed significantly to their understanding of how to plan and develop their career paths.

At the end of the program, plaques and tokens of appreciation were presented to the speakers.
