• During the final registration process, students will be required to submit the original copies of the documents they uploaded to the system during the application. Applications of students who have provided false information will not be accepted, and the relevant student’s current university will be notified. If it is subsequently determined that a student provided false information, even after their registration has been completed, their registration will be cancelled.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR HORIZONTAL TRANSFER APPLICATION:

• Transcript: An official document issued by the institution from which the applicant is transferring, showing all courses taken and the grades received for those courses.
• Course Contents / Course Descriptions
• Student Certificate / Certificate of Enrollment
• Document certifying that the student has not received any disciplinary penalty (for applicants applying based on their grade point average)
• Document certifying that the student is among the top 10% of their class (for students applying to transfer from evening education to regular education, based on their grade point average)
• Document certifying that the student has not previously transferred under Additional Article 1 (Ek Madde-1) (for applicants applying under Additional Article 1)
• ÖSYM Examination Result Document
• ÖSYM Placement Result Document
